1. The service

HirelyLikely is a hiring operations product. Recruiters use it to publish jobs, run interview workflows and exchange messages with candidates. Candidates use it to apply to jobs and track their applications.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@hirelylikely.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

  • Don't use the service to discriminate against candidates on protected characteristics (age, gender, race, religion, etc.).
  • Don't scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication.
  • Don't use AI features to generate content that is misleading, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • Don't upload malware, illegal content, or anything you don't have the right to share.

4. Pricing and payment

The Free plan permits up to 3 workspaces per user, 1 invited team member per workspace, 3 active jobs per workspace, and unlimited applicants. Paid plans (Medium and Premium) unlock higher limits and AI features. Pricing is shown at sign-up. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the workspace remains on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then automatically reverts to Free.

5. Data and privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you submit; we receive only the licence necessary to provide the service to you.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & data. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; we'll give reasonable notice except when immediate action is needed to protect the service or other users.

7. AI features (Medium & Premium plans)

AI features (scorecard summary, rejection drafter, and more on Premium) generate suggestions that recruiters review and edit before sending. The recruiter remains the decision-maker. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate; we will not be liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI output without human review.

8. No warranty / limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 if you are on the Free plan.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, where the operator is based, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
